Outstanding article! Through the generations the courts and our elected servants have produced many novel interpretive schemes to the clear principles of our system of popular constitutionalism. It is refreshing to read such a well iterated reasoning from original intrnt which is the only way our constitution and enumerated liberties should be understood. Thank you!

True. Unfortunately, America's enemies were present even at the birth of our nation! And what better way to undermine a country with freedoms enjoyed by very few other countries, than to deliberately change the meaning and intent of our Constitution. I was taught the Constitution in grade school. My son was not.

Awesome! Once again, I've got the ammoI need to (again) explain, using the words herein (because frankly I'd forgotten them), to enlighten those who would use misinformation to accuse those of us who know the real intent of our Constitution of...guess what?..."misinformation!" - LOL
